Top Web Sites Lists for 2010 Released

Salem, MA January 31, 2010 7-128 Software is pleased to announce the results of its annual Top Web Sites competition.
This competition is our ranking of Web sites for gamers who are Blind, or Deaf, or Motion-Impaired.

The set of FREE resources includes:
  • Top 25 Web Sites for Gamers who are Blind
  • Top 25 Web Sites for Gamers who are Motion-Impaired
  • Top 10 Web Sites for Gamers who are Deaf
To develop these lists, we've surveyed over 100 Web sites relevant to accessible gaming, including: Developers, Reviewers, News and Information sites, Industry Organizations, Special Interest, and Academic sites.
We've ranked these Web sites according to their content, their currentness, and their reach and influence within the gaming community.
All entries include:
  • How many commercial and FREE games are offered
  • Does the site offer a blog, forum, or other community vehicle.
  • Does the site offer gamer-to-gamer help.
  • Does the site offer game reviews.
  • Does the site offer news.
  • When was the site founded and how current is it.
  • Its Alexa rating and its Google rating.
  • A quote from the site describing themselves.
And sometimes personal tidbits we've encountered in our research.
To our knowledge, our lists are the only place in the world where you can get this information in one place.
